The new testament was based off of the teachings of the book of the law. Paul was referring to(Nehemiah 10:32-33, Ezekiel 45:17). Paul kept the law and was a master of it being that he was an Israelite from the tribe of Benjamin (Romans 11:1) and he also was a Pharisee. Christ, the perfect and ultimate sacrifice, did away with the sacrificial offerings (Hebrews 10). Christ himself stated that he did not come to destroy the law or the prophets(Matthew 5:17).
